What does it cost?
Your page, online booking, inbox and AI-assistant listing are free. Phone answering is the Front Desk plan: $49 a month with 200 call minutes, then $0.25 a minute, up to a monthly cap you set. Calls under 15 seconds don’t count. Cancel any time.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes. Forward your calls to your receptionist, all of them or only the ones you miss, or move your number to Latchbell. You can also get a new local number.
What happens when it doesn’t know the answer?
It never makes up prices or promises. It takes a message for you, and puts callers through to your phone when they ask for a person.
Do I need a website?
No. Type a few notes or upload a photo of your price list. Latchbell also gives you a simple page where customers can book and ask questions.
How does this work with customers’ AI assistants?
