Check or cancel: use the manage link in your confirmation email, or ask the AI assistant you booked with. Cancelling is free until 24 hours before the start.
Not confirmed? Open the email from Latchbell and tap Confirm within 60 minutes of booking. After that, the time is released and you can book again.
About the visit itself (access, payment, the work): reply to the cleaner's email, or message them through your assistant. Your contract for the service is with the cleaner.
Using Latchbell in ChatGPT
Add Latchbell from ChatGPT's plugins, then ask for a cleaner in your ZIP code. Searching and booking need no account.
To disconnect, remove Latchbell in ChatGPT's plugin settings. To delete what Latchbell stored about you, email us.
Cleaning businesses
Your dashboard is at latchbell.com/app. To let an AI assistant manage your business, tap Manage with AI and follow the steps: you sign in through Latchbell's sign-in window, and you never give a code or key to the assistant itself.
